Libraries

The Goulburn Valley Regional Library Corporation, on behalf of the Strathbogie Shire Council, operates three local libraries in Euroa, Nagambie and Violet Town. A Mobile Library service regularly visits Strathbogie, Avenel and Longwood.

Avenel Library

Euroa Library

Note: The Euroa Library will be closed from 22 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 inclusive while the building is being repainted. Members may visit Nagambie or Violet Town libraries during the closure, and all our online resources, including eBooks and eAudiobooks, will be available. Euroa Friends of the Library meet first Monday of the month at 5.30pm at Euroa Library Euroa Library has community display spaces and a meeting room.
Contact the Euroa Library to book the Alby Richardson Meeting Room for your community group or business. After Hours access to the meeting room is available.
