Telstra will host a drop-in session with NBN in Avenel on May 31 from 9am-noon at the Avenel Memorial Hall, 15 Queen St, Avenel.  The drop-in session will focus on inquiries relating to connectivity. Avenel and surrounding district residents experiencing connectivity or other issues with Telstra and NBN services are encouraged to attend and discuss their concerns. Please note: To assist with mobile connectivity issue, customers must have a Telstra plan or pre-paid service.

Strathbogie Ranges Conservation invites you to Bioluminescence to launch their 2024 Festival of Fungi. To show Strathbogie Shire Council’s appreciation to local volunteers, and to celebrate Volunteers Week, volunteers are invited on a guided tour of the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM). The tour will take place during Volunteers Week, on Wednesday May 17, 2023 and transport has been arranged to collect registered volunteers from both Nagambie and Euroa at 9:30am. A twilight concert at the Ruffy Recreation Reserve featuring artist Phil Para. The blues/rock legend is one of Melbourne’s hardest working and best-known musicians playing sold out shows every week. Honeysuckle Art Exhibition: On the Brink

Held at the backART Gallery, 20 Cowslip Street, Violet Town, the 2023 Honeysuckle Art Exhibition features artworks from established and upcoming artists from all around the northeast region. The focus of this year’s exhibition is the theme ‘On the Brink’. Many of the pieces in the exhibition will be interpretations of this. The exhibition will be held from Opening Night on March 31st until April 16th on Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

Euroa Agricultural Society Autumn Beef Cattle Show 2023

3rd Annual All Breeds Beef Cattle Show. In March 2021 the society (cattle section) conducted a very successful Autumn Beef Cattle Show with over 120 entries and 110 cattle in attendance with 17 breeds being represented. We had entries from areas such as Wangaratta, Southern NSW, Hanging Rock through to South East Melbourne . This was a very exciting time for the society, members and also the cattle committee.
