Planning documents are on public display as part of the permit process under the Planning and Environment Act 1987. These documents are generally advertised for at least 14 days and must not be used for any other purpose that may breach Copyright or Privacy Laws.

View applications

Planning applications currently under advertisement are now accessible through our new Greenlight Planning Portal. The portal allows you to view advertised applications, make a submission, and track the status of your application.

If you have any questions relating to an advertised permit, please call our planning team on 1800 065 993 who can clarify any concerns or queries you may have.

Have Your Say

Anyone can make a submission about a planning permit during the 14-day notice period if they have concerns. Council cannot make a decision on an application until this advertising period closes. If you support the proposal, you don’t need to act unless you wish to lodge a submission in support.

To make a submission, visit the Greenlight Planning Portal to complete your online submission directly. If you prefer traditional methods, you can still submit via:

  • Email: info@strathbogie.vic.gov.au
  • Post: PO Box 177, Euroa VIC 3666
  • In person:
    • Euroa – 109A Binney Street
    • Nagambie – 293 High Street

We encourage you to use the new portal for a faster, easier way to engage with the planning process!
