FReeZA is an innovative youth development program providing young people between the ages of 12 and 25 with the opportunity to attend affordable and accessible music and cultural events. Events take place in safe, fully supervised, drug, alcohol and smoke-free venues across Victoria.

Beyond staging events that reflect the local youth culture, the program also provides important performance opportunities for local musicians and young emerging artists.

You can join Council’s FReeZA committee to plan and deliver these events while developing a broad range of skills. You will be given the chance to make decisions and lead in the staging of events, whilst also broadening networks within the community by connecting with local businesses, schools and other organisations.
