There are a number of options to make a payment to Council depending on what the payment relates to.
If you have received a notice requesting payment, the payment options and relevant reference numbers to use will be on your notice.
Follow the links below to make a payment for rates or animal registrations using our secure BPoint payment portal.
If you have another payment to make that is not listed here, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 065 993.
If you have overpaid your bill and your account is in credit, the amount will automatically be deducted from your next bill or charge. Alternatively, you can request the amount to be transferred to another account, for example an overpaid rates on one property can be transferred to another property owned by you. If you would prefer to request a refund, please contact Council on 1800 065 993.

BPay and Australia Post options are also available using the reference details on your notice.

We understand that sometimes personal financial situations can be tough. If you are having trouble making a payment, please contact Council’s Rates Department on 1800 065 993 to discuss the options available to you. Contacting us early may help you avoid any further issues such as being charged interest, receiving overdue notices and/or being placed with our collection agency.
