Animal adoption process

  1. Read the adoption process information.
  2. Complete the Animal Adoption Questionnaire form.
  3. Strathbogie Shire Council officers will contact you to talk about adopting. If the animal is available, an appointment will be made for you to attend the Euroa Pound for a ‘meet and greet’, which can take about 30 minutes.

Pet Exchange Register

The PER is an online database that generates a unique source number for individuals or businesses advertising a dog, cat, puppy or kitten for sale or to give away in Victoria. Learn more about the PER here.

Meet Star – a beautiful Staffy x Kelpie mix with striking black and tan markings, and under a year old. This lovely young girl is looking for a home.
 
Star has the sweetest nature and, with some ongoing training, will only continue to grow.
