Interim administrator Peter Stephenson has been appointed to Strathbogie Shire Council to replace the elected members of Council.
Mr Stephenson was appointed by the Minister for Local Government, Melissa Horne and his appointment began on 6 December, 2023.
This follows the suspension of Strathbogie Shire Council Councillors under the Local Government Act 2020.
The administrator will remain in place until the 2024 Council election.
