Vote to watch your favourite movies at the Euroa Community Cinema

20 Sep 2021

Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking feedback from the community on the Euroa Community Cinema.

Council is encouraging the community to have their say on upcoming movie screenings, genres, special events and more via the Share Strathbogie online engagement platform.

Strathbogie Shire Council Mayor Cr Chris Raeburn said Council loved being able to bring the nostalgic feeling of going to the cinema close-to-home.

“The Euroa Community Cinema is a beloved venue within the Strathbogie Shire community. It is full of history and charm,” Cr Raeburn said.

“Many community members have fond memories of seeing films and attending events at the venue over the years.

“The Euroa Community Cinema is just that – a community cinema – and we want to hear from you.”

Council is calling for the community to vote on the movies they would like to see selected for the November program.

Head to www.share.www.strathbogie.vic.gov.au to vote where you can also fill out the general feedback survey. You can access the film descriptions and trailers from the site.

Voting for the November film selection closes on October 8, 2021.
