Digital Transformation Support Officer

  • Part time, 0.8 – temporary to June 2026
  • Band 6 – $84,113 pro rata, per annum + 11.5% superannuation

About the Role:

Acting as a conduit between business units and project delivery teams, the Digital Transformation Support Officer will support the successful delivery of the Rural Councils Transformation Program (RCTP) and identify opportunities to leverage new platforms to enhance efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the orgnaisation to understand current state and support requirements.
  • Maintain actions register for each technology stream within the RCTP with responsibilities and timelines.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of project documentation such as sub plans and change management plans.
  • Provide advice on, and deliver where appropriate, training requirements to drive end user engagement and confidence.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with project support and administration.
  • Experience with digital system implementation.
  • The ability to write reports and prepare external correspondance.
