- Band 4 – $66,204 pro-rata, per annum+ 11.5% superannuation

About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a friendly, motivated and professional Customer Service Office to join our team, providing general administrative support to both internal and external customers.
This position will work 8 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, courteous and reliable customer service in a timely manner, both external and internal.
- Provide responsive, accurate and courteous telephone and counter services including timely and accurate referral of contacts and enquiries.
- Efficient and accurate processing of payments over the counter and the telephone.
- Provide support and assistance to senior officers and team members as appropriate.

- Experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- A demonstrated experience working within a customer facing role.
- An ability to work successfully in a team aiming to provide high quality service.
