Development Plan: Elloura Estate, Nagambie

Strathbogie Shire Council is alerting locals to an application it has received to approve a Development Plan to facilitate a residential village in Elloura Estate, Nagambie.

The residential village is within Stage A of the Elloura Estate Lake Nagambie Resort Master Plan and will consist of moveable dwellings and a clubhouse with associated indoor and outdoor community amenities.

No native vegetation is proposed to be removed in this stage of the lifestyle village development.

Strathbogie Shire Council Acting Director Community and Planning Rachael Frampton encouraged all interested in the development plan to visit www.strathbogie.vic.gov.au for more information, or phone the planning team on 1800 065 993 to make a time for discussion.

“Our planning team is keen to meet with all interested members of the community to provide as much information as possible,” Ms Frampton said.

“We understand there will be significant interest in this development plan and are keen to do as much as possible to inform the public.”
