Strathbogie Shire celebrates Victorian Seniors Festival 2025
Strathbogie Shire Council is delighted to celebrate the Victorian Seniors Festival this October, with a month of activities designed to connect, create, and celebrate our senior community.
Now in its 43rd year, the Victorian Seniors Festival is one of the state’s biggest celebrations, recognising the contributions of older Victorians while providing plenty of opportunities for fun, connection, and learning.
This year’s Strathbogie program includes:
- ‘Singing in the Rain’ Movie Screening – Euroa Cinema (with afternoon tea) – Thursday 9 October, 1.30pm

Mayor Claire Ewart-Kennedy encouraged seniors across the Shire to get involved.

The Seniors Festival is supported by the Victorian Government and local partners including Riverlinks, Greater Shepparton City Council, Goulburn Valley Orchestra, Euroa Cinema volunteers, Nagambie Waterways Lifestyle Village and Nagambie Mechanics Institute.
