In making this declaration, I request Strathbogie Shire Council alter my current Residential/Postal Address to the following address. Where applicable, I have notified other authorities of this change of address including previous Council area, Australia Post, VicRoads, the Australian Electoral Commission, State Revenue Office, Centrelink and personal banking. Application has also been made to Landata to have the Registered Proprietor’s Address updated on the title of the property via a Form 61 with DELWP.(Required)
