ICT Support Officer

  • Full Time or Part Time permanent opportunity
  • Band 5 – $69,363 annually plus 11% superannuation

Join our ICT team and provide internal end user support across the organisation including monitoring our helpdesk, inductions for new staff members and maintaining ICT asset databases and business systems.

Our ideal candidate will have previous Support Desk experience, familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server environments, and an understanding of standard ICT industry procedures and processes related to Microsoft Platforms and associated applications.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Citrix, Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
  • Previous Service Desk Support Experience.
  • Understanding of the standard ICT industry procedures and processes relating to Microsoft Platforms and associated applications.
