Tahbilk, est 1860, is Victoria’s oldest vineyard and winery and family owned.
Substantial waterways, established wetlands ecosystem plus natural bushlands make
a picturesque setting and then there is the history and not forgetting the wines!
Explore the original winery with the fermentation vats and underground
maturation cellars that are still in use today. Taste the award winning wines at the
Cellar Door tasting room. Do try Tahbilk’s speciality white wine; Marsanne.
Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the restaurant overlooking the wetlands ecosystem
where the natural surrounds and birdsong can be soaked up. (bookings are advised).
Take a hike, or a stroll, on the paths through the wetlands.
Expand your wine knowledge through the “beyond the Cellar Door” experiences.
The blending workshop is a favourite. Prior bookings are essential.
