COVID-19 Circuit breaker restrictions

Victoria will move to circuit breaker restrictions from 11.59pm Thursday, May 27, 2021. These settings will remain in place until 11.59pm on Thursday, June 3.

Impacts to Council services

Customer Service
We are still open for business. Our Shire office doors will be closed from Friday 28 May until the lockdown has been lifted and advised by the State Government that it is safe.

Kerbside Collections
Collections will continue during lockdown with no changes.

Transfer Stations
Open during lockdown. It is asked only to be used by residents without access to kerbside collection. A maximum of two people is allowed on site at a time. Masks must be worn at all time on site unless an exemption.

Supported Playgroup
Sessions in Nagambie on 28th May and Euroa on 2nd June will not run. Sessions will resume once lockdown has been lifted.

Maternal Child Health
Prioritising the face to face visits on a case by case basis (ie. Babies under 8 weeks of age)
All clients who already have appointments that are scheduled to occur over the 7 days of lockdown will be contacted by our team within the next 24 hours to reschedule

Visitor Information Centres – Nagambie and Euroa
These will be closed as of Friday 28 May until the lockdown has been lifted and advised by the state Government that it is safe to reopen

Euroa Cinema
This will be closed as of Friday 28 May until the lockdown has been lifted and advised by the state Government that it is safe to reopen

Euroa Cattle Sale (June 2nd)
Will be run in conjunction with Auctions Plus, an online sales platform. 
Closed to public attendance.
Only essential staff required to run the sale and professional buyers will be permitted entry. Prospective buyers can view the cattle from 10-12 but must register before being allowed entry to the complex. Masks are mandatory.
