- Read the adoption process information.
- Complete the Animal Adoption Questionnaire form.
- Strathbogie Shire Council officers will contact you to talk about adopting. If the animal is available, an appointment will be made for you to attend the Euroa Pound for a ‘meet and greet’, which can take about 30 minutes.

The PER is an online database that generates a unique source number for individuals or businesses advertising a dog, cat, puppy or kitten for sale or to give away in Victoria. Learn more about the PER here.
