Rate notice update for our community

We’d like to keep residents informed about upcoming rates instalments:
– Third Instalment Rates Notices will be sent by 27 March 2026, with payment due by 27 April 2026.
– Fourth Instalment Rates Notices will be sent by 29 May 2026, with payment due by 22 June 2026.
Important information:
No Third Instalment Rates Notices will be issued to properties in the fire‑affected area (451 properties).
