Join us for an afternoon of connection, inspiration and community, exploring resilience during disasters and the powerful role women play in recovery.

Enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, featuring live music by Gayle Mawson and hear from two outstanding guest speakers:
Michelle Roberts – Churchill Fellow and co-founder/co-chair of the National Infant & Child Disaster Mental Health Advisory Committee.
Michelle is a nationally respected psychologist and subject matter expert in child trauma, disasters and psychosocial recovery. Her work has supported communities, families, schools and organisations across Australia, and she brings a strengths-based, empowering and deeply human approach to disaster preparedness and recovery.
Fyowna Norton – Victorian State Manager, Australian Red Cross
Fyowna brings more than 27 years of experience across the humanitarian, public and private sectors. She has worked in emergency management, child protection, mental health, economic development and business leadership. At the Australian Red Cross, Fyowna leads statewide programs and advocacy that help communities prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies.
