• New Septic Installation or Major Alteration: $821.70
(Major Alteration – includes adding new fixtures, increasing wastewater loads due to dwelling extension, replacing treatment component)
• Minor Alteration to Septic System: $626.20
(Minor Alteration - install, replace or relocate internal plumbing to existing OWMS, Note - adding new fixtures may require major alteration)
• Additional Assessment Cost exceeding 8.2hrs Fee: $174.50
• Amend a Septic Permit: $175.40
• Transfer a Septic Permit: $166.90
• Renew a permit: $139.70
Fire Affected Properties
• Application Fees have been reduced by 50% for fire-affected properties.
• New Install/Major Alteration 50% Fee: $410.85
• Minor Alteration 50% Fee: $313.10
• The requirement for a Land Capability Assessment (LCA) report has been waived for fire affected properties rebuilding on the same site, except for high-risk sites, please consult Council’s Environmental Health Officer.
