Strathbogie Shire Lights Up with First-Ever Christmas Lights Trail Map
Strathbogie Shire Council is inviting the community to join in the festive spirit with the launch of its first-ever Christmas Lights Trail Map. This interactive map will guide locals and visitors to the brightest and most dazzling homes and businesses across the Shire, creating a magical experience for all to enjoy.
Residents and business owners who love decorating for Christmas can now showcase their festive displays by adding their address to the map – and there’s even space to upload a photo of your wonderful lights display! It’s simple: visit www.share.strathbogie.vic.gov.au/shire-strathbogie-christmas-lights-map, drop a pin, upload your photo if you wish, and you’re officially part of the Christmas Lights Trail.
Mayor Cr Scott Jeffery said the initiative is all about bringing people together and celebrating community spirit.
“Christmas is a time for joy, connection and celebration,” Mayor Cr Jeffery said. “This map is a fantastic way for our community to share the magic of the season and for visitors to enjoy the creativity and festive cheer that lights up Strathbogie Shire.”
The Christmas Lights Trail Map will be live throughout December, giving families and friends the perfect opportunity to plan their own festive adventure. Council encourages everyone to get involved, nominate their home or business, and help light up the Shire this Christmas.
