Operational changes due to fire risk Thursday and Friday, 8-9 January
Please be advised all Strathbogie Transfer Stations will be closed on Thursday, 8 January, and Friday, 9 January 2025 due to forecast fire danger.
The CFA has declared a Total Fire Ban for both days, with a Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating for Friday.
Violet Town, Euroa and Nagambie Transfer Stations will be closed tomorrow and Friday.
Please postpone any plans for waste disposal to the transfer stations at this time.
Friday’s scheduled kerbside rubbish collections will start 30 minutes early at 5.30am due to the forecast conditions. Please note services may have to be rescheduled subject to fire risk.
The Euroa and Nagambie Customer Service Centres and the Visitor Information Centres will be closed on Friday due to the Catastrophic fire danger rating.
