Have Your Say on Strathbogie Shire Council’s Draft Customer Service Charter

24 Oct 2025

Strathbogie Shire Council is inviting community feedback on its draft Customer Service Charter, with consultation open from 27 October to 24 November 2025.

The Charter outlines the service standards residents can expect when interacting with Council—and how we can work together to ensure respectful, clear, and constructive communication.

“Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do. It’s how we build trust, deliver better outcomes, and stay connected with our community,” Mayor Ewart-Kennedy said.

“We want this Charter to reflect what matters most to you.  Your feedback will help us make sure it’s meaningful, practical, and aligned with your expectations.  We want this Charter to reflect what matters most to you. “

The draft Charter has already been shaped by earlier conversations with residents and local groups, who shared their ideas about what excellent service looks like. Now, we’re asking you to help us refine it further.

Community members can:

  • Review the draft Charter and complete a short feedback form on Share Strathbogie.
  • Provide written submissions via email or post.

Feedback received will be considered in shaping the final Charter and a summary of consultation outcomes will be shared publicly.

The draft Customer Service Charter and feedback form are available from Monday 27 October at: www.share.strathbogie.vic.gov.au

Consultation closes on 24 November 2025.
