In the recent Liveability Survey conducted by Strathbogie Shire Council, over 80 per cent of Strathbogie Shire residents rated their health as either good, very good or excellent.
Thirty-seven per cent described their current household financial situation as either just getting by, struggling or financially distressed.
These are just some of the findings that have been considered in Council’s recently released draft Liveability Plan, which is on public exhibition until Tuesday 14 November.

Recent tree inspections by qualified arborists have identified several trees in Strathbogie Shire as unsafe and will require removal.
Council has an obligation to act in the interest of public safety as the road and reserves manager.

One of the most popular activities for Euroa's youth has had a facelift.
The Skate Park on Kirkland Avenue has got a brand new mural, one community members and visitors to the region helped create during the Australian National Euroa Show and Shine weekend earlier this month.
An idea generated by members of EVOLVE Youth of Strathbogie, the skate ramp itself has a new look, as does part of the Euroa Citizen's Band Hall next door.
