Home Care

The Home & Community Care Program is a joint State, Federal & Local Government initiative. It aims to assist older people or people with a disability to remain living in their own homes.

Home Maintenance

The Home Maintenance Service ensures that clients' homes are safe and free from obstructions which may create hazards.

Eligibility & Services

Residents who are assessed as eligible under the HACC funding criteria can access the services provided by the Home & Community Care Program.

These services include things like maintenance, safety and hygiene,and help with shopping. Also included are services such as personal care needs, with the aim of retaining the dignity of the persons receiving the Home & Community Care Program services.

 
Alzheimer's Association "Alinda"

The Alzheimer's Association of Victoria has a regional office in Benalla where people can access information regarding confusion & memory loss.
