Community Information Guides (formerly Township Protection Plans) provide a planned response for both emergency services and the community to a bushfire within close proximity to a township, with potential to impact on the local community. These guides address the specific needs of the town’s people, their safety and pre-planning, property preparation, asset protection, environment and economy, and is typically divided into 3 parts: a) Community Information. b) Township planning factors. & c) Fire Prevention
